The unique character
of a family home
Boasting a wonderfully rural setting, near the village of Pujaut and close to Maryse Chenet’s family farm, the beautiful old farmhouse has been a gourmet destination since 2008: the privileged place where the talent of his son, Chef Maxime, and the wonderful sense of hospitality of his wife come to life.
Parents and children worked to create a family feel within this beautiful 17th-century building, transforming it into an incredible place which offers real hospitality and impressive cuisine. People are at the heart of everything that goes on here: from couples and families who are just passing by to tourists who’ve come to spend the night and businessmen and women who’ve scheduled an appointment or a meeting.
With the restaurant’s intimate and authentic feel, diners will enjoy the ultimate hospitality here.

In summer, unwind in the swimming pool: admire the view of the majestic cliffs, the valley and the magnificent fields of lavender.
