Enjoyed in one of the restaurant’s two dining rooms or in La Chapelle for a private event, each meal is a delight for the senses. The first dining room boasts extraordinary panoramic views of the vineyards and garrigue scrublands which inspired the property’s name.
On the walls, you’ll find vibrant and colourful paintings by Serge Chenet, while eye-catching acoustic ceiling cubes and a contemporary chandelier in black with touches of gold are particularly appealing.
Fresh flowers and a beautiful champagne bowl create a sense of real luxury, along with the restaurant’s grey and white tablecloths, deep armchairs and beautiful crockery. What’s more, the warm welcome and attentive and friendly service of the restaurant’s staff promise the ultimate dining experience. Delicate white and green wrought-iron oak trees, adorned with vine shoots, complete this elegant setting.

In kitchen, the product is king, always sublimated.
The menus change very often, reflecting the chefs’ inspiration, the season and the fresh produce available at the local market. In spring, the focus is on fruit and vegetables, courgette flowers and Mediterranean fish; game features in autumn and winter heralds the return of truffles. The Maison’s signature dishes make regular returns: lobster broth with licorice, crispy calf’s head with langoustines, lemon soufflé…
If you’ve got time before or after your meal, the restaurant’s wine cellar is worth a visit: the farm’s sheep pen has been transformed by an expert cabinetmaker from the nearby village of Pujaut. In the adjoining room, enjoy a tasting session featuring some of restaurant’s wide range of digestifs, stored in a stunning cart.
