Flavours and colours
which change with the seasons

As the seasons change, aubergines, purple artichokes, apricots, peas and Mont Ventoux pork create beautifully simple dishes, enhanced by the talented chefs who prepare, refine and transform these ingredients to showcase their incredible flavour. Other ingredients are subtly combined to produce well-rounded and balanced dishes. Light yet intense sauces accompany starters and main courses, while desserts are made with reduced sugar to let the flavours sing, from fresh fruit to intense chocolate.

Precision is the watchword: ingredients are skilfully cooked for just the right amount of time, while delicious dishes are carefully plated up for the ultimate visual pleasure.

Keen to provide something for everyone, Entre Vigne et Garrigue also offers a vegetarian menu, along with gluten-free and lactose-free dishes.
Younger diners can choose a dish from a menu which has been specially designed to provide the most exquisite textures and flavours.
